Bulletin Board System

Does anyone know of a bulletin board system where users' first ten-or-so posts are moderated before going to the board ie. where new posters have to earn the trust of the mods before being allowed to then post as and when they wish - like some kind of 'quarantine' or 'playpen' system?

Not that I'm advocating it here of course, but someone is asking me(!)

On Yahoo groups, you can set new members to be moderated. I have this set on a number of the groups I manage. I then usually change the member's setting to unmoderated after the first on-topic post.
