Invasion could be reworked well. Contemporary war story focusing on the 'man on the street' rather than the generals and colonels.

I always took Dave Gibbons and Will Simpson's work on THE WAR MACHINE as a remake of ROGUE TROOPER.  And I thought it was a good one too.

Pity they spoiled it all with the horrendous FRIDAY sequel...

i personally would love to see shako completely redrawn by frazer irving. there's absolutely no need to touch pat & john's fantastic script, but just the thought of frazer in black & white on the great white bear...
