I don't think a third volume is ever going to happen now considering the length of time since 'volume 2' came out.  As for floppies, I'd much prefer a re-release of the whole shebang in one 'case files' type book, even though that would make my two existing trades obsolete. Floppies seem like a last resort.

Are we going to get a catalogue again this year? Last year's steered me towards Abbadon and Solaris books, and now I'm working my way through their back catalogues.
