Chopper finished nicely. Not an amazing story but the whole tale is a corker.

I've always loved comics, from my earliest memories of uk Xmen reprints to (at age 16)the arrival of Watchmen.

Throughout all of this there was 2000ad. There was a thread earlier about things that have been 'constant' in your life. 2000ad has been with me for longer than anything else. Kids: 13 years, Wife: 16 years. 2000ad 25 years.

It is not the be-all and end-all of my life, but it has coloured my world view, and it is one of the things I am most proud to be able to share with Mini Bolt.

Getting back on-topic: Most of you are familiar with my attempts at scribbling stories, and grud love you you let me keep doing it. If it wasn't for 2000ad; and this site, I wouldn't be enjoying myself as much in trying to learn how to tell a story that has meaning to someone else.

First thoughts are: Damn, thats nice and impressive.

Natsan makes a lot of thoroughly pertinant arguments, and I can see what she is saying, but IIRC he did this pic at the request of somebody on one of his other threads.

I'm sure that if Grendal (Really should be Grendel, you know) was aiming at a spam submission he would have taken the time to make sure he could do Dredd in a style more suited to the weekly, than turning in a Dredd in 'his' style.

I still like it though, despite its faults.

Henriksen DID claim to be the creator of the androids at the end of three, I imagine it was to convince Ripley of the importance of playing along with them.

Shame that in resurrection they never got Henriksen to play a sympathetic 'nurse' character for Ripley. Could have been interesting.
