Marv looked round the bar and felt his mind wandering. If there was one thing he hated more than those stinking Mega City Judges, it was smart arse droids.

The 'borg quaffed its cordial in one gulp. "ready when you are', it crackled through its voice synth.
STRIKE !!!

Woolly

Thankfully, there were no arse droids in the bar.

House of Usher

It was months since Marv had even seen an arse droid, much less had one.

[Summary]

As arranged, Marv the Mutie walked into the bar.  It wasn't his kind of place; it was all glass and mirrors rather than wood, and the polished tile floor had a distressing lack of sawdust.  The barman was a strangely many-tenticalled blob; busy serving eight customers at once.  The room suddenly went very quiet, and heads turned towards the doorway.

He could see his contact, a rusting X-11 cyborg, attracting disgusted looks from the clientele.  He smiled at X, who crossed the room towards him, squeaking and hissing as his crude robotic legs moved.  His feet, covered in two days worth of dirt from the Cursed Earth, left a trail on the plasteen floor as he walked to greet the borg  Those legs had seen much pain and bloodshed, not just with X, but with many other cyborgs...

'Youre late.', said X-11, 'Been watching you for about a half-hour, now. So, do you have the package?'

'Not on me...but it's safe' hissed Marv

'Tsk, still not got the teeth fixed, then?' noted X.  'Hard to find a good dentist round here, one that doesn't have other people blood splattered over the chair that is.'

He motioned to the octo-barman for a couple of drinks, a Pint of synthi best for himself and a lime cordial for Marv.

'Now, you want to know where the package is or what?'

'You know?' said Marv 'You know? I prefered it when droids just followed orders, none of this question, question, question. Are we going to sort out the package?'

Marv looked round the bar and felt his mind wandering. If there was one thing he hated more than those stinking Mega City Judges, it was smart arse droids.

The 'borg quaffed its cordial in one gulp. "ready when you are', it crackled through its voice synth.

The droid was going to ruin the deal if he didn't calm down thought Marv. He looked over his shoulder and saw the casino's security droids were already eyeing the droid and himself suspiciously.

'You're drawing to much attention to us,meet me in the toilets in ten minutes'
X surveyed the surronding area nervously
Hmm, just pretend I wrote something witty eh?

A massive explosion rocked the building.  "They've found me!", shouted cyborg X in Marv's ear, "you mustn't let them get their hands on it!"

Marv looked at X, and found his eyes transfixed. "You know", he breathed huskily, "all these years, and I never noticed until now just how.... beautiful you are."

The Enigmatic Dr X

"Sorry but I won't let you buff my dome. Your incompatible with my operating system."
Lock up your spoons!

Jimbo San

X waved a hand irritably, "There's no time for this now! You stay here and fight them to the death while I escape... uhhh... tactically retreat through the back door."

Richmond Clements

Marv nodded, the slide on his gun slid back with an oily click.

It was a satisfying noise and a satisfying gun - an old replica smith and wesson but souped up with parts of a lawgiver, 2 modes - heatseeker and dum-dum, "heatseeker" sneered Marv as he selected the relevant mode - suddenly there was another huge explosion and amid the blackened debris of what was once the doorway strode...
