Issue was sorted on the Monday, the support mentioned there was a wider issue affecting others.

Dandontdare, it might be worth checking again if you are wanting to sort your account out :)

Thank you both for the replies, I'll drop them a line :)

Just wanting to add the megazine to the digital sub too but stops at this 500 error.

Bit overkill but span up a VM with vanilla Firefox and edge and still the same issue so guessing an account issue.

Just to add, I am trying to get to this from my accounts page and its the following link:

https://shop.2000ad.com/account/subscriptions

I have tried this on Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari having the issue no matter what I use.

Afternoon,

I have tried all this and also from work machines, mobile networks, my connections, laptops, different browsers, its the same on every one of them.

Could it be an account issue?

Hopefully this is the right section to bring to up but I have been trying to amend my subscription for the last several days but I constantly get a Server 500 error and I can't manage my sub.

You cannot view this attachment.

Guessing this might already be known but its bee a few days and no improvement as yet.

Anyone else having this issue?

Thanks

Yeah I was informed to email the subs team to report it. Hoping the sale runs for a week or two as guessing by the time its sorted they won't be on offer anymore

Is anyone having issues with the shop? Since Wednesday I have been trying to buy the Absolom collections and other items and as soon as you try to buy them, it reports to the bank that the order is £0.00 and nothing goes through.

Tried numerous cards, browsers, computers all the same!

Help! / Rebellion Shop Contact Details?
20 May, 2019, 11:31:17 AM
Morning,

I have logged into my Rebellion account due to an issue where it seems the Rebellion shop has not completed an order of digital progs etc but charged me 6 times on my bank account for them.

I am struggling to see a contact email address on the Rebellion Account/Shop sites when I am logged in.

Does anyone have a link or can point me in the right direction of who to get in touch with the sort this issue?

I have tried the web form here: https://shop.2000ad.com/contact-us but there has been no reply for over a week :)

Thanks for your help.

My understanding is that they would be sent separately. There are also further promos in the Meg and in a games mag this month, although those ones are purely cosmetic.

Ah cool, will keep an eye out for them then :)

Got mine today and completely forgot there is meant to be a pre-order bonus of the extra cards. Can't see this mentioned on the invoice nor in the box with the game. Anyone else aware if these come later or arrive with the game?

No worries,

If you come across any others pass them this way too, love small press as it offers something new and fresh over the bigger publishers, just hard to find out about new books and zines at present unless I manage to see a few on Twitter or other forums etc.

There used to be a few podcasts knocking about, best of the bunch was Small Press Big Mouth but thats long gone.

These days I tend to listen to http://awesomecomics.podbean.com/ and they cover a lot of small press.

As for sites these days, the only one that tends to do reviews as such that I know of still running is: http://www.brokenfrontier.com/section/columns/small-pressganged/

They tend to do a bit in the way of small press.

They only other one I know of that is still running is the following: http://pipedreamcomics.co.uk/

Beyond this I have no idea, I love my small press and fanzines more than the actual big titles these days, of course you can forget good old ZarJaz :P A must for any 2000AD fan, they even have a new online shop and everything :D
