Herge's famously uncompleted story, Tin Tin and Alph-Art has remained a tantalising mystery to fans since his death. His work on the story was recently published which just made things more intriguing.

The good thing about comic fans though is that if they love something they don't feel the need to just sit back and passivley participate. Comic fans get up and have a go themselves. So often you read interviews with Droids who were fans as kids, heck prolly all the regular Droids now started out reading the earlier progs.

And here is a completed version of Alph-art. And great fun it is too. Not perfect but convincing enough if you don't look too hard. And for Tin Tin fans the chance to read a NEW adventure is a real treat.

Sorry if this is widely known, or if it's been published elsewhere. But here you go...

Now, that is very impressive.  Cheers for that, David.

Now if only someone would do the same with Grant Morrison's Zoids...

Interesting nugget: When the official Chinese editions of Tintin were released a couple of years ago Tintin In Tibet had to be pulped at the request of the Herge foundation as the Chinese had re-titled all of the intial run as Tintin in Chinese Tibet. It all had to be reprinted.

Is that helpful? Looks more like "the dog runner-over in the black car" to me.
