Reduced Future Shop shipping prices

I've just decreased the shipping prices in the web shop, removing the ?1 per order overhead for packaging.

Also, orders within the UK now have a maximum shipping cost of ?7.50 for up to 30 kilos.

The Quickshop now displays the postage for individual items (not back issues) all on the same page.

Orders for multiple items should be a maximum of
the sum of the shipping for the individual items, but may be a little cheaper, with a max UK shipping cost of ?7.50.
