I reactivated my combi sub on Sunday 20th September. I wondering what issues I'll receive next and when I can expect them? Thank you.

I'd give it a week or so for things to start up, did you specify a starting Prog/Meg?

If you talk about your forum username, I do not think you can. Maybe an admin can help with that

Used to be able to, back in the days of yore ... and, I think, completely different forum software. I sometimes regret choosing a provocative name that rhymes with ... bungalow.
