A word of caution though, you have to pay for shipping AND customs when ordering from Sideshow.

Email sent to Doris at PCS, 8 hours ahead so wont get a reply until tomorrow. Might just glue back on but hardly the point when your paying this much + $130 shipping. My old PCS Dredd was the same, stress fracture under one kneepad when I got it. Bloody statues !

I'm not happy with the paint app either on closer inspection. Paints gone on one part of the gravel/dust, paint rubs where the tissue paper has worn against his thigh in transit, battle damage that looks like it was applied by Stevie Wonder on a pogo stick. Even my missus said the battle damage looks crap, my missus !!

I'm obviously quite irritated atm and picking on any faults I see so I'll leave it out until I hear back from Doris at PCS but atm I'd take a full refund and not have it at all.

Come back 3A all is forgiven

Sorry to hear of your displeasure TheTooN!

Mine seems to have arrived unscathed, without the cosmetic issues you describe and I really like the weathered paint job!

Shame about the two pin plug and the only other criticisms are that those cannons dont fix as securely as I'd like and those dust trails look might fragile! Christ knows how they made it all this way intact!!!   

Other than that, it's a beast and a beauty!

Hopefully PCS will lend a sympathetic ear and offer advice on fixing it + some compensation for the other issues. I had a power adapter handy from another Sideshow piece but needed an extension bar. I've never seen a shorter power cable in my life

That Stront helmet looks familiar, and I don't just mean because it looks a like Stront helmet! Seems very close to the Fan film version (I should know, having just painted a second mini version!).  Did you have any input, Steve Green?

Nope.

They talked about referencing the PR helmet for the Dredd 1/6, I wouldn't be surprised if they cast an eye over the fan film one - the colour/finish is pretty similar to what Dan did.

This is why I only buy Action Figures, on average the durability is far better on them than Statues.
