Hey folks, I am in dire need of a 12 page PDF (pages already designed), but have no clue how to do so! Is there anyone that might be able to assist?
I need a digital review copy of my comic project, El Bigote - if you help out, I can send you a free hardcopy of the comic, plus El Chivo and I can draw you in a future episode (being killed weirdly and horribly, probably).

It was pretty easy to use, as I remember, just set up your pages as a print job, but a PDF pops out instead. Should be instructions with it.

Do you have any Adobe software at all? Preview just won't seem to do a multipage...
Ideally you want either inDesign, the full Acrobat or Illustrator (though the method is a little tiresome in that).

Adobe Bridge will do it too, at least in the later CS packages.

What pograms do you have?
So this may require a bit of work, but you could try downloading LibreOffice. Create your document in Writer. If you already have El Chivo in some sort of doc format then Libre might be able to import it as is. Otherwise assuming you have a bunch of jpegs it should be a case of inserting a picture on each page of a new document and tweaking the settings for margin/ page size etc. Then to make a PDF it should be as simple as file->'Export as pdf' from the menu.

I have Office for Mac...that's pretty much it as far a useful programs go, and pretty stupid when it comes to this kind of stuff. I'm doing my best to learn, but I think I need to take some classes!

If you have Office for the mac then there should be no need to use Libre. You should be able to use Word to do what I suggested you try in Libre. Except you do File->SaveAs then select PDF.

Actually if you have Mac Office X (or one of the other older versions) you may need to go File: Print and select "Save as PDF" at the bottom of the dialogue box.
Why the sneck don't you just email me and ask?
Also- some of the newer versions of word will let you save as .pdf. Inser the pages into a blank doc and away you go.

Bolt, I thought about it...but I know you're so busy. I'll email you here in a second...! :D
Here's the easy way on a Mac.
Select all your pages. Right click and select open in Preview.
This will open all the images in a multi page document.
In preview select all. Under File select print.
In the print window click the pdf button on the bottom left which will open further menu. From here select Save as PDF.

Should have said under file select "print selected images" not print.
