Lawgiver Mk II prop (replica?)

I've just put a movie lawgiver prop on Yahoo auctions.

Price is ?150 plus postage.

I was sold it as a genuine prop but I currently think it is a cast from the same batch as another one in my collections, which has been finished and painted.
