I'm guessing that's to promote one of the old black and white movie serials and whoever coloured it wasn't familiar with the comics and only had film or photographs for reference.

SO I've been drawing a were-lion attacking Peter Cushing.

Sequel to The Legend of the 7 Golden Vampires anyone?
An old-school, no-bullshit, boys-own action/adventure comic reminiscent of the 2000ads and Eagles and Warlords and Battles and other glorious black-and-white comics that were so, so cool in the 70's and 80's - Buy the hardback Christmas Annual!

I was just admiring the blue/black colour palette you had used on the picture, when I had a "Eureka!" moment.... I saw the alien. :D Excellent.

I couldn't see the 'Alien' at first. Like one those 'magic eye' thingy's they had a while back I couldn't see for looking.

Space Invaders lives again and what a great image too.

Did this last week for The Weekly Themed Art Blog.

Today seemed an appropriate date to post it somewhere else.

Actor Burn Gorman

One of my shortlist of actors I'd like to see as the Twelfth Doctor (imagine that face appearing in the time corridor titles!)
