In this clip Batman says "I am the law!" I guess he picked that phrase up when he met Dredd.

Ha, right on. I guess I haven't fully memorized the original comic (love it though), is that line in the book as well?

Haven't seen part 2 yet, but really enjoyed part 1. While the lack of narration makes it very different and less noir-ish, this brisk different adaptation stands on it's own as highly cool.
