After my attempts at Supergirl earlier in the thread, I thought I would try my hand at Superman.

A whole lot tougher to draw than Supergirl. And a whole lot tougher than Dredd for that matter due to the sheer amount of anatomy on show - no convenient body armour.

My respect for Superman artists has been cemented.

Hope you like it.

Regards,

Simon

Nice work Simon, excellent inking.

I'm lucky with anatomy drawing in so much that I can just do a self portrait.

Plenty of cake and beer, that's the secret to getting an impressive physique. Parp.

Hey guys here's my rendition of Captain America. This is part of a bigger piece I didn't have time to finish.

Emperor

That really is excellent and is a situation where punching someone's jaw off actually makes sense (naming no #cough#greysuit#cough# names). Got a blog/gallery of you work hiding anywhere?

[edit: Ah yes and yes:

Add them to your profile/signature so everyone can jump in, don't be shy now!! ]
if I went 'round saying I was an Emperor just because some moistened bint had lobbed a scimitar at me, they'd put me away!

I went and bought The DC comics guide to computer colouring and lettering(don't need the part on lettering as Jim has posted an in depth thread on this already)  last week,my attempts at colouring are on the Hot Dang Doodle.

It's all right, that's in every contract.
That's what they call a sanity clause.
You can't fool me, there ain't no sanity clause.

Emperor- Thanks I added my sig and also my cheesy picture. The bigger piece has him tromping through a trench surrounded by #cough#greysuit#cough#undead.

Legendary Shark- Thank you.

Kerrin- Thanks!

Woolly- Thank you.

Woolly- Thanks! I like your Dredd. :)

I'm rather proud of this page - I was dreading drawing it because it has no people in it and I'm scared of drawing vehicles even spaceships. I used bits of Lincoln Cathedral for the texture. :)
