YOu could probably sum up my Lydia experience so far by putting on any adventure serial from the 20s, then imagine my character as the damsel in distress

In my defence a lot of these are from those "Ten games for £2" bundles but yeah..... I do go a bit mental in these things.
Was my birthday last week so clocked up £50 in steam vouchers. Expecting at least 10 extra games outta that. My only purchases above a fiver last time were X-Com and Chivalry from memory

The online buzz is that the steam summer sale is gonna kick off on the 19th of June and run till the 30th

As always I am very excited for this and as with previous sales I expect to buy loads of cheap games which I will then NEVER GET ROUND TO PLAYING. It's a sickness really, my librabry is now up to 245 game FFS

Got 3 games in my wishlist.... Far Cry : Bloodragon, Broforce and Stanley Parable so hoping to get the three of them. Otherwise, not too sure other than probably getting all the skyrim DLC as I'm really enjoying that at the moment.

Sure there'll be another thread when the sale does go live but for now.... what you hoping for? what do you recommend?

So after a week of thinking I was totally crap at this game it turned out I had somehow started my first playthrough on expert level. Have now bumped it down to newbie and as a result my first in-game dragon encounter (barring the one where you get your first shout) is only against one dragon not three. We took him down. There was much rejoicing. Am also now not getting slaughtered by damn near everything which is a lot less frustrating

the continuity between the various X-films is irretrievably fucked, but I don't really care so long as the films are good

Really enjoyed the first film, and have and like all the comics so do want to see this.

Gotta be honest tho I'd be very surprised if I make the trip to the cinema, it's def more of a "wait for dvd" movie for me. Probably as it's been so long since the first one. That said, expecting great things as Rodriguez is one of my fave directors

Just back from seeing it, really enjoyed it tho not as much as the wife who was VERY happy about Wolverine getting his arse out

Almost had to cheer when
Storm got wasted.... fucking hated her in all the films. Shame she was alive again by the end
Great action, great script, great acting, great design. Good bloody film. Was almost gonna let it slide and wait for dvd, glad I didnt.

Great prog, enjoyed the hell out of it.
The 3rillers got a little too tangled up in itself for my liking but even that was still really good. Not a dud in the bunch.
Even Indigo Prime which I've never really liked in the past was cool.

go team toof

Like the look of this but worried it's gonna be the first game to really make my pc struggle as it seems a bit of a resource hog.
Plus of course it's £40 and I'm WAAAY too cheap to pay that for a game. One I'll be keeping an eye on hoping for steam to do one of it's "Its 90% off for the next hour" deals
