Loved the review of the Anderson PSI files guys.

The Judge Death story is one of the first stories I read from 2000AD, and it forever cemented my love of Judge Death and the Dark Judges. Having also read Casefiles 14 over the Christmas season, I'm beginning to wonder when were going to see the gruesome foursome back to their terrible best again.

I know about Brett Ewins particular ...ahem... technique, but he'll always be one of my favourite artists, and my particular choice for drawing Anderson.

Chalk me up as another that struggles to understand the back story to Sinister Dexter. I loved the original Pulp Fiction riff that the title once had, but I've missed so much that it almost feels like a waste of time reading the thing.

I don't mind hearing some reviews of the older progs, although I'd much rather hear you review some older stories in their entirity. I'd love to hear your thoughts on Harry 20, or Chopper: Song of the Surfer, or the original VCs run and so on and so forth.

I'd also love to do a guest starring spot, but I've been procrastinating about sorting out Skype on my laptop for three years now, and I can't see that situation changing anytime soon. Although I am intending to upgrade to an iphone later this year and I know you can run Skype of those, so maybe thats the best way.

No offense to Iz, but I think Stacy should do all the intros from now on.  ;)

Try as I might, I just can't get excited about Shakara.

Sure its got a story, its just one that I'm not all that interested in. The art is very pretty, but it just doesn't appeal to my asthetic tastes. So for me, Shakara is the low point of this issue.

On the other hand, Dredd is bloody stunning at the moment. I'm not sure about the Judges, someone better be working on cloneing Mr Wagner, because I'm going to be wanting Dredd stories of this quality for the next 30 years.

Kingdom, Strontium Dog and Necrophim are all good, solid stories that don't overly excite or massivly underwelm. I do like the art on each strip all for differing reasons, and they all have a hook thats keeping me reading.

For £1.90, 4 out of 5 can't be bad.

Is this the first Casefiles cover not to feature Dredd?   :-*

That image is (I believe) from possibly my single favourite Judge Dredd moment.  Joy.

9 doesn't specifically show Dredd, I suppose.

I've been looking forward to this Casefiles every since the first one came out. Now I can read Necropolis without having to drag 30odd issues down from the attic

I thought Paul Cornell compairing puritan Marvel Comics fans to the Taliban, just because Spiderman had the audacity to sleep with two different women other than the one he was married to in a previous existance, fucking hilarious.

The fetish monster was both sexy and terrified me to my very soul in equal measure.
