That's 30 year old Tom Sutton art, by the looks of it... my favourite is still the Wally Wood '22 panels that always work' which got turned into an anarchist poster... I'll have to dig up a scan of that-- it was all over Cardiff about two years ago..

I want to see the anarchist poster, though! I'm intrigued as to which panel is used and I can't say I recall having seen it anywhere.
