Animated gif

I've got an animated gif, but have no idea how to resize it so that I can use it as my new icon, anyone who has the abitity to do so and willing to volounteer?

In order to combat possible board implosion, two ground rules have been set up.

1) No icon should be more than about 5k. (ukdanes original wavy transmutey flag was about 20k, as opposed to 2k for most static icons)

2) Individual users have the ability to turn icons off, by typing "/bbsicons 0" in the chat room.

There is an additional rule about taste, which has caused me to refuse one previous icon request, though that one was onto a loser since it was animated but not 32x32 pixels.

i have heard it was HALO JONES taking a shower he used one of the,hidden cameras.
