Aren't Eloise and Julianna long dead? Indeed, Julianna's death was the nominal excuse to kick off the Tsar Wars.
As such, I suppose Akira win's by default ;).
Following up on Floyde's comment, while Fraiser was generally find with the "scantily clad" part, he always seemed to have a problem with giving them a pretty face to go with it (the nose's never seemed right).
