Title: uhd gaming
Post by: Grugz on 02 May, 2016, 02:17:59 PM
we got a snazzy uhd telly and everything looked fine but fallout 4 seemed to have a problem in that all the vegetation in the game seemed to flicker which gave me a headache especially in sanctuary where mutfruit grows everywhere!

a quick look at the interweb suggested I turned down the "sharpness" setting on the telly which ,with the calibration test on the xbox one have inproved it no end!

any way the point being, has anyone else experienced any similar or different probems when upgrading to a 4k tv? and are there any games yet that fully support the mode?

No current console fully supports 4k. There is some talk about both Sony and Microsoft breaking their standard development cycles to roll out a sort of PS4.5 which might help. Games would be another issue.

No idea about PC games. I'm fine with Snake on my 3210.
