at last an episode that gets to your heart beating a wee faster than a dull thud the rest has been.
glad they did something with the walking scenery that was t-dog.
wasn't expecting lori to go. that was a surprise.
even got a bit of mean machine merle, too.

QuoteNeither of those characters feature in the comics, so it's anyone's guess

plus, he doesnt do anything.
he just seems to be there.
could try to be the first shock deaths of the season?

QuoteThen you didn't see the bit that showed him on the island and all of a sudden an arrow popped out of the right side of his chest and when he looked round there was an archer, with his bow in the distance. So I reckon he will be his teacher

wasnt sure if that actually happened or some kind of fevered dream.
some kind of foreshadowing.
he did have that nasty scar on his shoulder, though.

It's pretty damn good for a weekly comic's sales that are almost exclusively in the UK and Ireland. Most American comics these days struggle to sell 30,000.

30,000 at the very most, mind.
im also the only person at my local comic shop who get the prog and meg.
most people there havent even read a prog.
makes you sick!

i can understand becoming an expert archer on an island.
but, how come you become an awesome fighter?
does he practice on beating up the monkeys on the island?

i havent read the comic, will t-dog last the season?
now that merle's back. will he get his revenge on t-dog for leaving him on the building?

i think its prob for the best.
we know that george lucas wont be directing any. as long as he stays on in a creative role. then that'll be fine.
jonathon nolan or whedon to re-write.
del toro, whedon and jackson to direct.
cant go wrong!
although, being realeased in two years. does seem too quick.

thanks for that. did see the tread but ignored it. of course they sold more back then. kids were kids and playstation and xbox's weren't invented yet. but, still. about 30,000 does sound about right. just depresses me how many progs and megs are still on the shelves at my local smith's every tuesday :'(

how annoyed must ben willsher be. to draw a stunning cover, albeit a strange angle, wayne's world's extreme close up comes to mind. then everyone, including me, thinks its some one else? but it really does look like mcneil.

steelbook shaped liked the dredd badge!
would be a bitch to store with the other blu-rays, though.

did anyone see the mcmahon block ref? when you see when you see justice central. its in the reflection on the building.
plus since i live in shrewsbury i walk past the peach trees all the time.
im also pretty sure the meeting between the film people took place in june last year. cause john wagner appeared at the comic shop in shrewsbury on the saturday. he left fairly early cause he had 'other things to do'. i just thought he got fed up doing nothing but listen to me being a fan boy. when charlie adlard's queue was out the door. looking back now surely thats the case.
