I think we've been spoiled by Saturday progs.

We are spoiled by saturday progs - I complained at first that I missed the way they brighten up the first day back at work, but now I'm mighty annoyed if it isn't there of a weekend! Still, it's here now so panic over...

ABC warriors- I like the way these old tales have been 're-imagined' (God I hate that word) around [spoiler]the character of Zippo (who will no doubt turn out to be Howard 'Mr 10%' Quartz in a new body).[/spoiler]

If you keep a wary eye on 'automatic' editors choice orders and cancel the subs as soon as you've bought the required minumum, the initial freebie is often worth it. You will have to buy a few overpriced items however - reduced price hardbacks usually, that are dearer than full-price paperbacks.

I don't want to "social network", just chat. I don't need a phone that downloads youtube, only that makes phonecalls.

It used to frustrate me that my dad couldn't work the vidoe or that my grandad wouldn't use the telephone, but I'm starting to get it - there comes a point when you just say drokk it, I can't be arsed keeping up any more!

That's rather clever! I love the pencils/inks/colours swipe.

However as a semi-technophobe you'll never wean me off proper comics. (I've got a PC and an ipod nano but that's as far as it goes - when I read about the things that can be done with the bleeding-edge of techno-kit, I feel I'm just one more over-complicated i-gadget from going Futsie!)
