This was a great meg with only 3 stories but it delivered the goods.

Dredd – Another wonderful one shot by Niemand and some gorgeous art by Googe.  Again, it is a case of Niemand creating another possible return set of characters as the story focus on a Death- fanatic.

Anderson – We have a new head of PSI division. The story felt a little bit rushed even the art felt rushed. It is a pity since the story was quite interesting. It could have done with 2 more episodes

Lawless – Wow what an ending and to an absolute gem of a series. Yes, we will get another series next year with the whole landscape completely altered. The whole meg devoted to this last part of the arc a whopping 34 pages of Lawless. It is like a dream come true for all our fan boys’ pity for people picking up the meg for the first time.

The meg also features a great piece on the great man Alan Grant.

If you have  not read Feral and Foe the floppy feature the first arc and it ends with a message that “The story continues in the Feral & Foe trade collection, on sale January 2023”

Funt summed it up perfectly but I am trying to keep of the Jones here, so it is Halo

A good prog with the usual suspects that deliver and not. Next up the regen prog

Dredd – This is again one off those silly but good one-shots. Juts plainly put it is fun, great job by Niemand and Cornwell.

Skip – Double damn we must wait another 2 weeks to see what happens to our intrepid hero.

Brink – I know a few people got a little bit grumpy with the time this series took to conclude, but I was into this journey for the last 6 months enjoyed every page of it. I am glad that AD is prepared to play the long game with a series. This last episode surely delivered the goods, bring on book 6.

Jaegir – Atalia’s plan is not working but the Southern attack might be here salvation as her compatriots closes on the complex. Great use of visuals to deliver another great episode, pity that we must wait another 2 weeks.

Garth Ennis wrote a great comic called Sara about female snipers in the Red Army in WW2.

Yip that was very good

A good prog. Dredd/Brink/Dex/Jaegir fighting for the top stop for me.

Dredd – Interesting story comes to an end, and I am sure that we will get more from this. It story feels like what is happening in politics as well where suddenly decisions are made which suites no one but a few and just does not make sense.

Brink – Well cannot wait for the last episode as the last panel turns everything on its head. Dan and Culbard has kept us in suspension for the last few months. This will even read better in its collected state.

Skip – A better episode than the last few weeks. The more interesting part of the story is the afterlife sections.

Sin/Dex – The last part work out quite well but the cost might be high for Dexter as Sinister closes on him. Hopefully Dan has a great wrap-up for us planned.

Jaegir – Another great visual treat as Atalia fights for survival. A like the last panel planting the seed for getting what she wants.
