Didn't it already start at the end of last Summer?  If you mean on British telly, wasn't it some big E4 scoop that hasn't shown up yet?  Beyond that I'm no help.  Not a big fan of Family Guy.

Can't help with a start date I'm afraid, but I'll wager it won't last long - a spin-off featuring a minor character whose 'gimmick' is that he's monotonous and boring? Doesn't exactly fill me with eager anticipation.
