2: Fiona Boniwell: Slaine MacRotten. I really like what Fiona is doing. This is tangentially excellent. Her piece last month was a winner in another month in an unwinnable selection.

3: mimikeke. As ever with mimikeke this is honed down, straight to the point brilliance.

HM's:aimes 2058 all of them, frankly they could have made up the main list; James Dilworth: top lad; Mr Long the Artist: Sparkes may Fly and S Burges: King Kong....wasnt that like issue 6 or something.

This competition is a credit to the artists who make it happen. You are all wonderful and in a week when we lost two of our finest I doff mu hat to you all. No losers here.
