Life-wire - he uses it in 'The Killing' to pull down a chimney onto one of the Osmongs.

The Westinghouse variable cartridge blaster usually has several barrels (except when it doesn't, such as the one he uses in 'Bitch'), so maybe it's a combination of the multi-function firearm (firing four types of shell) with an added energy weapon (that can be used to fire stun shots etc).

Or maybe Wagner and Grant just forgot which blaster could do what...
