Hope these scans help. I've not cleaned them up - just a quick scan & resize - but the quality isn't too bad.

Dunno how familiar you are with the story, but Shutz took over from Judge Pal. Pal had taken to batgliding drunk to escape the pressure of his work, and on one late-night escapade was kidnapped by a couple of perps. During his abduction, Pal - trying to act like a street judge again after years of being a vid star - attempted to fight free but was shot & killed.
However, Justice Department felt Pal was too valuable an asset to let him die - the members of the Pals Club accounted for over 12% of the convictions in Mega City One every year - so Dredd persuaded his assistant, Judge Shutz, to undergo a little cosmetic surgery & take over as Pal to continue the good work.
