Emperor

if I went 'round saying I was an Emperor just because some moistened bint had lobbed a scimitar at me, they'd put me away!

That was a very pleasant read. And informative, too.

It was a relief to see that Colin (Smith) sometimes even makes interruptions that are deeper than the writer was intending, as so often I feel so slllloooooooooowwwwwwww when reading his incredibly insightful writing!

Great stuff.

I guess if I'd planned Ichabod out as a Dante-style 15-year series I could've stuck with one timezone per series. But I suspect Ichabod is a three-series and out story. So the more we can cram in the better.

Which would seem to make the forthcoming graphic novel of the first two series already redundant, surely? It's going to be a Caballistics scenario all over again, with the end of the story forever uncollected. I can't fault the quality of Tharg's GN range, but I do wish somebody there would actually talk to the creators now and again to find out how much of a given strip is planned before they embark on the TPBs.
