Grendel TV series coming toNetflix

Netflix have announced that they are working on a new series based on Matt Wagner's Grendel comics with Abubakr Ali (Power Book II: Ghost) as Grendel/Hunter Rose.

I saw this and meant to post last night but was sleepy. I'm no real fan of most conversion to movies and tv but this one intrigues me. Its a great story and Hunter Rose though done to death in the comics might work really well condensed down.

I guess it all comes down to how bold they are and how far they can take things.
