Chris Weston's art has developed into a wonder. I'll be honest we saw him grow on the page before us and so I'm not a fan of his earlier work. Phil Winslade has the advantage of doing his opus as a fully developed artist and so his work for Tharg is by far the finest I have seen by him. There is however no doubt in my mind. I love Chris Weston's work, I love his passion and enthusiasm for the Prog but Phil Winslade's more dynamic and creative page designs absolutely carry this for me and so

Phil Winslade

Yes, Chris earlier work was not so great. He certainly become one of the top artist in the prog. So in that sense it make sense that you cast your vote for Winslade. Both these gentlemen are technical awesome artist.

It is a pity that he was treated like that because I have heard that he is a true gentlemen.

He did write a Rogue story in the xmas prog 2011 called "Dead Ringer" art by Staz Johnson.

That is one of my problems carried over from my youth, I could never forgive Simon for "killing" Johnny. So whenever I see his work I have decided not too like it, irrespective how good the strip is. I disliked Revere when it was initial released. I have decided to get the new digital release and read it and judge it accordingly the contents and not my prejudice.

I always wondered why Gerry Finley-Day left Rogue Trooper. I never got a clear answer. It was almost like he was moved out and after this move Rogue Trooper was never the same. Yes, I am Rogue Trooper and Gerry fan, so just wondering.

It looks like Tom Foster will be doing another Dredd. He is the closest we will get to Bolland

O'Neill is definitely part of the group. I see him as a founding father but he can also be seen as one of the golden age  renaissance men.

I should add Gibbons as one off the founding fathers.

I see Carlos (his name can also be added to the founding fathers as the creator of Dredd), Gibson, Ron Smith, Massimo as the golden age renaissance-ers. These are the people whom contributed to the first golden age of the prog and established some off comics strongest and most awesome characters off all time.

I see Bolland, McMahon alongside O'Neill as founding fathers of the prog. These guys via their art help establish and create the prog we know and love today.
