Is that review spoiler free please?

Bad City Blue

Pretty much, yes. I describe the basic plot of Hellman, but there's more to it.

I'd say light spoliers!

Don't get how they entrust brand new writers sometimes. The Dredger strip is dull, and Kids Rule OK shold have been way more british, although the writer at least has form.

When I die, I want to die like my grandfather who died peacefully in his sleep. Not screaming like all the passengers in his car.

Old age is the Lord's way of telling us to step aside for something new. Death's in case we didn't take the hint.

More British how? It is set in London.

Lets just say when you see the ending it sucks any Britishness out of it. The whole strip doesn't feel British

The review did its job - reminded me to sign up to the bundle...

Garth Ennis, Henry Flint & Jake Lynch together?

YES PLEASE.
If I'd known it was harmless I would have killed it myself.

Nope - that still doesn't make a lick of sense.

I agree that you saw ish. I certainly don't see a statue of a woman holding up a torch.  And I'm still puzzled by the Britishness (or lack of) comments.

Really looking forward to this, didn't show up in the newsagents though, online it is so!

My (sadly slightly battered) copy arrived this morning. The 23 October edition is amusingly dinky.
