Just a quick question about Judge Manners introduced in the Meg 4.04. In what story was this resolved or is he still on the force?
Also in the text boxes for this story, Ayslum, and the Flippers it stated that Dredd had been transferred to Sector 87 after a red rad flea (?) epidemic had depleted the Judges numbers. Was this in a story or did it happen off camera as it were?
