I need to get hold of a PAL version of 'Document of Metal Gear Solid 2' for the PS2.
  I've got a very tight deadline, and DESPERATELY need to get one....
  I'll happily pay in gold bars...

It didn't receive a European release by itself, it came bundled with copies of MGS2 - Substance (that's where I got mine). There are some on eBay; make sure to ask the seller if it has both discs.
