Yes, not exactly Scottish squaxxs' proudest day yesterday.

Oh, and Glaswegians - the score's now Edinburgh 1 Glasgow 0 for people actually turning up for things.

I was going to come along and meet my fellow Cal-Hab boarders but since no one else seemed that bothered I went to see Captain America: The Winter Soldier instead at the Cineworld in Renfrew Street.

Eek - sorry you were mucked-about 8-ball :(
I'm up for rescheduling and think we're mostly Glasgow-based (me just outside) ?
A date 2/3/4 weeks hence would suit me (work permitting). Sat seems to suit people,
I'll suggest April 19th as a stake in the ground, maybe we can make it happen?
Have a roll-call this time, make it stick?

It wasn't a problem Fungus. I have family members who live in Glasgow so I am there most Saturday afternoons. As I said before, if enough of us can agree on a venue and a time that suits it would be great to put some faces to names.
Whatever happened to Rico, Dolman and Cadet Paris? I'm sooo out of the loop.

The Enigmatic Dr X

I'm excusing myself from the recriminations.

I was up for it!
Lock up your spoons!

Satanist

As far as anyone knows I actually turned up for this and I will stick with that story until proven wrong.

I'll get in first and say I cant do the 19th.
Hmm, just pretend I wrote something witty eh?

Proudhuff

hahaha! i get stranded on Barra and you lot can't organise a pishup in a pub

There is a comic caper on in Edinburgh on 12 April... I'll just say now I'm working but could make it by teatime  :-X

I was in and out within about 3 posts. A record even for me.

(On the other hand I did get to Leeds, see my little Sis before she emigrates, attended a great 50th birthday party and visited my poorly Auntie in hospital)
Be excellent to each other. And party on!

8-Ball

Given our reputation as a nation you would think that we would have this boozing/socialising thing down to a tee. If my ticket ever arrives for Glasgow Comic Con at the CCA (still waiting), I would propose an alcohol blowout to end all alcohol blowouts.
