News on Eldritch's www.judgedredd.wxs.org (http://www.judgedredd.wxs.org/%22%20target=%22_blank)
No doubt we'll be seeing chunks of the interview pasted to messages to alt.comics.2000ad - with supposedly scathing remarks added from one or other of the Tedium twins for weeks to come now.
Batten down the hatches. Here come da trolls.
yup almost certainly
David "campeigning for all annoying trolls to be hung drawn and quatered" page
Wee bit of movie news in there too.
Interesting. Finance "all but in place."

Hey the link's not working anymore!
The site's been down since last night. It does that sometimes.
Here are direct links to the interviews

PART THREE
Thank you!
I read part one yesterday, & came back to read the rest today & !!! It's GONE!
Ta!
necro posting but didnt want to start a new thread when this one will dissapear quick enough.
Just came across and interview with Jason Kingsley and was thinking that as the own 2000 AD they could get a better picture than this done.
It BURNS!!!
christ that is so gay!
Talking of which - where is the missing hand? Eh? Eh? Nudge nudge, wink wink - a nod's as good as a wink to a blind bat - know what I mean?
They didn't colour in between Dredd's legs. Not that I was looking at his crotch.
Is the drawing an Alex Roland? Faces look like his much missed style.
I never thought I'd see Joe Dredd doing the Timewarp! (It was sort of inevitable for Johnny and Red).
That's all kinds of horrible!
Not alex Ronald- Lee Sullivan?
Bolt-01
Nah, it's not quite Sullivan's style, and I think his colouring's better than that - early Ben Oliver?
Sweet Moses!
Do you think that the Kingsleys unknowingly asked an artist who hates their guts to do this?
Sorry, I meant Ben *Wilsher*, not Oliver...
You fan-dan what a howler!
Was it drawn by Scojo?
I wasn't really paying attention to the date on the first post when I opened this thread. I
magine my surprise when I discovered that not only does the Dredd Vs Death site no longer exist, but it's been replaced by a page of ads for various sex-based web services.
Some of them had pictures.
And I'm in work.
Sitting with my back to a large room filled with probably 70% women.
Who now view me with slightly more disdain than they did 5 minutes ago.

Well at least now they won't view you as a gay comic geek after having that Kingsley brothers pic up on screen.
And to think I used to worry I drew Johnny's helmet too big. The one on his head, I mean.
Obviously...
I'm not sure that pic's been drawn by someone appearing in 2000ad - it seems more that generic illustration style beloved of kids' mags featuring tv spin-offs with one pic per page (usually pre-approved clip art) and a novelty maze/word game.

It's not as big as Ezquerra draws it.

Link: Dredd V Death
The colouring! my eyes! They burn!
Not that Dredd Vs Death site.
Eldritch's site.
The unofficial one.
The one linked in the first post.
Y'know - the one with all the porn?
John Barrowman doesn't look very happy about being dressed up like Johnny Alpha, does he?
It looks as if Alpha has pupils, or is it just me!
can anyone tell me which one is which, the brothers that is? - I can just about tell Dredd, Alpha and Red about in all the blueness
>Y'know - the one with all the porn?
stuff the DvD site I'd rather have the porn 8-)
That's certainly a far more interesting way to play with yourself than DvD ever was.
But with rather more limited multi-player options.
Also, if you break the custom controller, you can't really get a replacement and using someone else's would be wrong.
But with rather more limited multi-player options.
Really? I can think of just short of seventy right off the bat - how many does DvD have?
70??
Explain to me these potential group uses then, given the original premise "That's certainly a far more interesting way to play with *yourself* than DvD ever was".
(Probably just still bitter about that Dreddcon from a few years back where I kicked the arse of all and sundry on the DvD multi-player...)
I think Dudley's cunning joke revolved around a specific number just less than 70, Byron...
...d'oh, can't see the wood for the bleedin' trees, me...!
hur hur.
Wood.
