XBOX ACHIEVEMENTS AWOL!

i didnt use my silver account for yonks and when it reloaded itself it has saved old info meaning my many oblivion achievements have vamoosed from the achievment list!!! Can i get em back? theyre still on the actual game but not on the other bit!!!
