John Wagner or Pat Mills?
Feel free to ask similar sorts of dialogue questions here. But an answer first would be nice.
That'd be Wagner & Grant in The Apocalypse War part 25.

Cheerss Stevie. I was going to ask him-How it came about and -How he sees it now on his FB page. But thought I'd check my facts first.

It doesn't actually happen in
The Apocalypse War at all - it's episode 1 of
Mekka City.
AW ends with Dredd and McGruder talking about whether what they've just seen was Feyy's prediction of disaster, and Dredd sings off with 'Let's hope so. Either that, or there's worse to come.'

He sings of does he Jimbo? Sings, as in Apocalypse War the musical. snort!
Well it does have a rather nice musical interlude...
Argh! I've sailed to close to the wind and have been cast against the rocks. Opposite of out of my depth but meaning the same thing. Tordle there is no musical interlude in ApWar. Is there?
Part 5: "Apocalypso, Apocalypso, the bombs they come to fry our fat, Apocalypso, Apocalypso, the population goin'..." -SPLAT!-
Can't wait to see this on in the West End.
There's a Wicker Man (http://www.guardian.co.uk/stage/2012/feb/15/wicker-man-musical-interview) musical touring Scotland at the moment, so anything can happen
A wicker man musical. :o
I was in scotland once, I am of an opinion that finding cast members for such a show would not be a challenge. :-X

Is that so shocking? The original film was a musical.

FTFY. I'm not joking, either. It's a comedy, musical, re-telling of the Wicker Man written by one half of the Still Game team (the tall skinny one)

Yeah, I was rather excited about this and itching to see it until I discovered this fact...
I often use Dredd's line from 'Atlantis' - " Let's not speculate until we know for sure" - great letter debate ensued!

You can never come back now. We will burn you.
There are some great phrases and quotes from Dredd alone aren't there.
Gaze being another whammy.
Then there is Mind the Oranges, Marlon.
It's evident that 2000ad doesn't just have iconic potential in their characters. But each writer in the fold relishes the chance of getting one of those underrated " classics" onto the radar when working in the title.
