2000 AD Shop problems?

I've been trying to place an order from the shop using my 50% 'subscription update' discount but every time I get to the page before the payment screen, when I hit continue it throws me back to my cart. This has been like it for over a week now. I called up Denise and she said it was a query for the technical team and told me to send in an email. Haven't heard anything back yet and I just wondered if anyone else experienced similar issues?

Must be something to do with my account then. I've tried on 3 different computers and now my phone and I still can't place an order.

Sorted. I had 20 graphic novels in the basket that I added a couple of weeks ago. What it wasn't telling me is that some of them are now out of stock 

I removed everything and put back in what is available and it processed fine.
