I change with the wind, but I think my no-particular-order all-time top-three 2000AD artists are C. Kennedy, Ezquerra and D'Israeli. Current Scarlet Traces is a good explanation why a relative whippersnapper* gets onto the leaders' grid.

The prog has been blessed with great artist the last 40 years. What bout Weston,Flint, Bolland (just to name  few) ?

Spot on Jim, D'Israeli's unique artwork plus his coloring makes Scarlet Traces a joy to read. You mentioning Cam just  points to me how much I miss his artwork in the prog (he is certainly one of my favorite artists of all time).

Finished Mind Wars and a real classic. The art of Redondo is awesome with a very lively paced script by Hebden. Cannot wait for the last part next month.

Something else just struck me: the people who say this is completely out of character for Daenerys haven't been paying attention.  Her potential ruthlessness and megalomania has been brewing for a long time.  Her father was a psychopath too.  I just can't see how people missed it.

Because we do not want to see this "pretty face" girl being the "baddie". We all shouted and routed for her in season 1. As you said this was already present in previous seasons

Max Normal may well change the pace but not the quality.  Secrets revealed and threats dispensed.  Holden's art suits the tale well.

Isn't Dan Cornwell on art duty, did they switch artist ?

Just imagine if SD was owned by one of the American publishers. We would not have this discussion we would discuss how true the new version was compared to the old one.
