Only my home PC remembers my password, so I'm mostly lurking in the shadows of late. Not really enjoying the prog at the mo, I had really been looking forwards to the current Dredd & as many of you have said, it will likely read better as a TP. Though I don't like the Anderson jimp (even if she is pretty in real life).

Anyone know when the sequel to Titan is going to pop along?

I went to see this with my girlfriend, we both enjoyed it. Packed screening & only one child (who was annoying running about at the end), it was a really good enjoyable fun film. Rating wise, I've an open mind. A really good, must see film!

Okay, cancelled is too strong, a better artdroid (& or creative team) at least. I've been spoilt for the most part at least in the 27 years I've been reading 2000ad. I was just being greedy & wanting more Dredd to read & enjoy & unfortunately IDW isn't it. Sorry to clutter the thread with emotive ramblings. Gets coat ..

I couldn't agree more, still - at least they've stopped colouring it in or drawing it properly now. Hopefully soon they'll leave the speech bubbles & the inked lines out too.

Anyone have any idea on their sales figures for this muddle? Burdis? A lot of our Dredd stories worked really well (asides from DOC), it would have been better if they'd simply changed the format, perhaps. Though I am sure there are a zillion reasons they couldn't just do that.

With some of the amazing work in other US titles, the art droid(s) working on this IDW nonsense seems to be on full malfunction. I can't imagine this making the mid 20's for issues & sadly it's one comic I'd like to see go. But then, where does that leave Dredd with the US audience. I hope a lot of them new already to leave this well alone & read 2000ad. . .

I saw & read this yesterday. Minutes of my life I won't get back. It really is beyond dire. I'm sure IDW could have done something good with Dredd, but this really isn't it.

Having learnt about Almost Human in this very thread & having now seen them all. I have to say it's really not very good. It's almost good. Something just doesn't seem to quite gel & I think even Urban wouldn't be that bothered if Series two goes ahead or not (I'm sure he said as much in a recent Q & A video).

Couldn't see any thread as yet, so I thought I'd ask...

Who's seen it & what did you think?
I saw it yesterday & was surprised by how good it was & how fast the pace was. It's 10 episodes for the first series & I can't wait for the second. If you haven't seen it yet, you really should treat yourself.

Dredd, I like this, though I'm still adjusting to the droids revamped style (enough faded in/out Judges standing in back grounds for now, thanks). I hope someone wakes up in a shower somewhere & DOC was just a baddream I don't think this is going to have a light fluffy ending though, after all [spoiler]the chaps fled MC1 because he knows what he knows & fears the law![/spoiler].

Slaine, the art droid isn't doing it for me. But it's nice to see different droids doing different things.

Sinister/Dexter, oh grud, I disliked them pretty much since they filled the prog & then didn't go away. Now back & the art is worse than ever. I really had hoped that they'd had their day/week/year/decade & gone away.
