Failed Movie Scripts - Wiliam gibson Alien 3 + add any you find

found this when i was trawling about, very actiony follow up to Aliens would've liked to see Cameron do it.  All about Hicks and Bishop, Ripley spends most of it in a coma (and gets sent off in a Cryotube lifeboat before the final act).  Theres more background regards The Company and US military complex and the state of the world that Aliens was set in.  I've read the Wooden world one too and while some of it survived to become Alien 3 it would've been much better if they used this one, i guess it would've cost too much to make.

Nice one Radbacker! Even though I like the Assembly Cut of Alien 3 quite a lot, this is a good one.

I'm glad they went the other way with it - an action-oriented sequel would only ever have been a lesser retread of Aliens.

Anyone read the unfilmed (unfilmable?) script for Jurassic Park 4?

It's mental.

It opens with dinosaurs attacking a little league baseball game and from there the action moves to a secret corporate HQ in the Alps where we meet a squad of genetically-modified, armour wearing, machine gun-wielding dino-soldiers who are tasked with saving mankind from the rampaging dino-hordes which have spread from the islands of the original films. I think the dino-soldiers have Top Gun style nicknames too.

I'm not even joking.
