Seeing as there seems to be a lack of named animal companions, what about other male characters from Slaine?  :)

Hello All  :)

I'm thinking of a name for my pet Cat  :D It got the markings similar to a Tiger.

Does or has Slaine ever had or fought alongside an animal companion in the series I could use for a name?

Many Thanks  :D

It's refreshing to see there's still so much good in the world. It's a pleasant break from all the murders and disasters the media focuses on.

Just as a plus, I've only been part of this community for perhaps a couple of months, and I just wanted to thank everyone for there help and kind words and letting me become part of a group of great guys and girls.

Take it easy everyone.  :)

I've just had the most amazing night with my partner.

I'm sitting here listening to music and reflecting on my life, completely at peace. We've been together for three years (Not too long on the grand scale of things) and what with not living together and various daily pursuits pushing us for time when I really have a night like tonight, I feel electric.

I'm sure many of the other and older guys on here can relate to just feeling such a powerful and passionate connection to someone that everything just falls away, and your world becomes each other, even for just a little while.

These are the moments that make life worth every single second.

I'll also take the oppertunity to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas. Thanks guys.

Games / Borderland's
21 December, 2009, 02:48:48 AM
I'm currently waiting on Borderlands for Christmas. Since seeing the trailer for it I've been excited at the prospect of playing it. Does anyone here have the game or have played it? What would you rate and it in your own opinion?

I've read a review or two online from game franchises such as IGN, but in the past they've reviewed some of my most enjoyed games very poorly.

Thanks guys.  :D

It'll be a close one either way Mike. Perhaps I should invest in a flamethrower now to save the time.

What would Dredd think if they began using Male Ugg Boots as General Issue clothing for the street judges? He'd have none of it.

I assure you the first man I see wearing Ugg Boots will have little concern over being warm, as I will go out of my way to set him on fire.

There was a moment in the film Van when they're watching a online video of a possessed girl and Mika remarks how she chewed through her own arm to get free of her restraints, however you do not witness said mutilation unfortunately.

Apparently there are three different endings. The first is
Where Katie kills her partner Mika (Off screen of course, The recession and all) and sits in the room rocking until the police show up, at which point she comes out of her trance-like state and is shot by the Police. The second is where she comes back up the stairs and throws something at the camera, knocking it over. She then stands over the camera, smiles and lunges at it. The third, so I've heard is similar to the second, but she cuts her own throat whilst looking at the camera.
In my opinion, None worked very well. I wanted to see green skin, red eyes and projectile vomiting.

And from what I've heard, the director couldn't decide on an ending. Also from what I've heard, I saw the shit one.  :(
