Just thought I'd let people know that if you've ordered the DREDD: Urban Warfare special bookplate edition there will be a slight delay in shipping due to the high volume of orders from the webshop at the moment. Please bear with us as we clear the backlog.
You do know that the web will explode with venom and anger now. Call out the national guard!
That does it.
I'm cancelling the order I did not make!

Thanks for the heads up!
See what I did there? ;)

I'm going to order one now just so I can cancel it!
I've written a stern letter to the singer of Echo and The Bunnymen
Thanks for the update Mr Molch.

Thanks for the update Mr Molch.
There's always one... ;)
:P
Actually, my issue is with the use of the word 'slight'. I think that it is completely unreasonable to make use of such a vague unit of time. Are we talking minutes, hours, days, weeks, .... Such sub par service is simply not acceptable. I shall be writing! Writing I say! To my MP, my AM, my Councillor, my mother, my mother in law ....
I was so angry I put my foot through the prog and sent John Wagner the bill.
(only Viz readers will get that ;))
Utterly disgusting treatment of your seasoned fanbase! I would like to speak to the editor!

"But you don't have an MP, strangelysaucy. You're an anarchist!"
Some of these have started appearing on Facebook, so I presume they'll start landing on our doormats soon.
Damn can't wait for it to turn up even though I've read Underbelly and Uprise, just want to see the quality of it. I still don't understand why 2000ad store prices are really high compared to retail surely it should be the other way round because they don't have to pay a middle man to sell it.
Also regarding delivery times how are the prog and meg subscription deliveries? Do you receive them before they are in the shops?
Jamie, the prog and meg 'almost' always arrive the Saturday before the comics are due in the shops.
Yes, and it's a lovely moment as they drop through the letterbox. Re-discover the excitement of childhood at the postman's arrival.

Thinking about subscribing because I usually buy them from WHSMITH's but it's a lot of hassle since I have to travel to get to one. So hearing the delivery times is pretty awesome but I have one question, how much is delivery? It says it is free for me but surely it would have to cost something because that would be about 6 quid a month 2000ad are losing out on.
Yes, you normally receive the prog on the Saturday before - occasionally it slips to a Monday, but rarely.
And the 'slight delay' would appear to be over!

A smashing looking book, and the first thing that struck me, was that it looks like an frickin' old school 2000ad/JD annual, and what could possibly be better than that, eh?
(Im calling it first; This is to prepare us for the HB annual coming our way this Christmas... ;))
But another quality release from the G.G.C
Received mine today as well top quality and loving the art print as well. I'm glad that I've now got a signed copy of this from one of my favourite artists.
Well worth the money and extra wait.
Henry will be at LSCC this year!
Another smashing hardback book, yep. For when the bookplate edition goes out of stock here, by the way, I saw that Forbidden Planet is also doing one signed by Flint too.
These look great!
Have they all been sent out now? Not got mine yet. Just hoping it's not trapped in Royal Mail hell.
Had mine and thoroughly enjoyed it. Well worth the dosh. :D
