What are you after, specifically? There are lots of bt websites that cater to specific stuff.
Suprnova is a good place to start, but they've got a copy of Doom 3 that seems to be interfering in the bt downloads of other stuff at the minute (there was 35000 people downloading off the one bt, at one point).
It's probably okay now, though.
