A colleague of mine is having a bit of a clearout at home, and she want s to get rid of a load of her old comics. She's got about fourty-odd comics from between 1965-1967, all DC Silver Age style stuff. They do all have sellotape along the spines of the covers (which, obviously lowers the price), and some have the price stamped on the front. But inside the pages are fine - there's the occasional creased corner, but they haven't faded or been damaged at all, as far as I can tell.
Basically, she wants to sell the whole lot (bar one or two, for nostalgia's sake), and would like some rough guide to what kind of price she should be looking at, as she doesn't want to get ripped off.
To give you an idea of the type of stuff were talking about, she brought in a few as samples, such as:

Silver Acre currently sells:
Batman 192 (V. Good-) for ?4.95
Superboy 132 (V. Good-) for ?3.95
Superman 203 (V. Good) for ?5.95 (?4.10 from Incognito in V. Good- condition
World's Finest 163 (V. Good) ?4.95 (about ?5.00 from Incognito)

Unfortunately, Odds, I can't blag 'em for the gn section, since were not allowed to keep paper copies - anything without a spine doesn't last (or that's the view, anyway), and I'm not totally sure that my colleague would want to give up all her old comics to the bloody library!
Max: I got your mail (unfortunately I can't send email from work at the moment), but I think I've sorted it - you're looking at about ?40 (I need to check with my boss), is that alright? I'm not toatally certain when I'll get my hands on it, since pay dates are different for the Christmas period. Are you going to the drink on December 13th? If so, it might be easiest for me if I could give it to you then.
