Whatever programme you're using, you will be able to set the "Print Range" in the Print Options - the screen you press "OK" on to make printing start.

Make sure you got to file>print. Otherwise the screen M@ is referring to does not come up.

Tanky -

Highlight the text you want to print, then select "Copy" from the edit menu. Open up Microsoft Word (or Notepad, or any other text editing program) and select "Paste". Then just print your new document. It's a bit long-winded, I'm afraid.

You could also try highlighting the text & selecting print, then clicking on the button marked "Selection" in the box that pops up, but this doesn't always work.

Alternately,

you can hit the "Print Scrn" button (above the "Insert" key on most keyboards, right of the F12 key)

Then open MS Word or MS Paint or whatever & hit Ctrl+V.

you can hit the "Print Scrn" button

This only works if you make your window smaller than your print area and then use "Alt". And it's not really a good idea for text as screen dimensions are different to A4 and so it'll get cut off.

Print the text directly and the printer wraps it all for you.
