Hi All,
Me and the mates like nothing better than beating and humiliating each other at computer games. Usually with who finishes a game first or who can get the hi-score etc.
Anyway at the moment the challenge is hi-score on Manic Miner but we're all stuck on level 12 (bar one guy who refuses to let the others know how its done).
Anyone know of any sites that do guides for old games? I've had a search but to no avail.
Cheers,
Marc
Shiiiit...That was aloooooong time ago for me, I can't remember. Google it?
There's links to archives of Spectrum magazine scans here - maybe some of them will have the hint you need

Wait until you get to the really difficult levels (if you have the patience...)
Cheers Steve thats one very handy site.
I just watched a video of how to beat it so tonight should be good for a laugh.
Bwa-ha-ha-ha!

Seriously its unbelievable how competitive we get.
*Crush your enemies, see them driven before
you, and hear the lamentations of the women*
I never got past 12 without cheating (IIRC - was this the one where the room was split in two with a couple of switches and bananas to collect?).
Last time I played this was on my old PSION series 5 when I was supposed to be concentrating in meetings...good times.

I prefer being told to:
Crash your anemones, see them driven by four ewes, and hear the lamination of the wimp, mmmm
a real geek enemy would be unlamented by women
I could never get past the Skylab Landing Bay. What was that? Level 17 or something?
