So we know where Dredd was and what happened to Silver and Anderson (BTW, just how long did Anderson lie in the Undercity before she was found by the cadets - this wasn't another of her miracle diets was it? "you too can survive for months without food or water - hell, even oxygen!")
But what I want to know is where was Hershey? Did she join the resistance or succumb to the control of the Sisters of Death? Was she a member of the council of five at this point? And what about other council members - where are they now?
IIRC, Hershey was promoted to the Council of Five along with Silver (Tutor), Brufen (Tek), and Grimlet (um, Street Judge?). Shenker (Psi) was the only Council member who wasn't dismissed by McGruder upon her resignation.
Fortunately Babs she was on leave filming 'Falling Down' during the whole Necropolis shebang.
Although Brufen had already been roasted by the Judda, right?
before Necropolis anyways (not before being kicked off the council)

Wood - I agree that continuity is truly the way to madness. Look at how various "continuity apologists" are attempting to bring the latest dreary Who revival into continuity over at the official BBC website (or better still, don't)
My interest is purely from the character's point of view - Was Hershey, now Chief Judge, pulling the trigger on innocent cits a decade or so ago?
I'll just take your word about the Who continuity thing. Life's too short.
I see no reason why Hershey wasn't slaughtering citizens with the rest of them. The only not affected judges were Dredd, Anderson, McGruder and the cadets, after all.
Oh, and all the judges who got killed when it started.

And you can't blame Hershey for it really.
They tried the 'innocent' Chief Judge routine with McG but she was mad so they had to give it to Hershey. I guess it means that the CJ before here (the one with the pointy white hair) was a Necropolis killer too.
Judge Pointy White Hair would be Hadrian Volt.
These people need serious counselling.
