Doug McClure! Man, he was my total hero when I was a kid - 'The Land That Time Forgot' is one of my fave bad films, along with 'King Kong vs Godzilla'. This new King Kong looks fab.

Looks pretty immense. Some of the effects looked a bit ropey though, but I suppose you could argue he wanted to make it look like the original. Wouldn't wash though. Looks like a fun movie though!

Effects usually aren't final for trailers, there's all sorts of tweaking that can be done between now and the next 6 months before release...
